Diversity Champions started life from female-led games recruitment company Studio Vision. We soon spotted a few things in the market beyond talent sourcing, where we thought we could add serious value. We started with the mentorship programme and then the discord community and now so much more. We love this industry and as a truly diverse bunch of individuals ourselves we truly believe that Diversity unleashes innovation. 

We now have a dedicated team of employees as well as a growing hub of community champions who give their time freely to grow the mentorship programme and  community.
